Dot NET Domains

When the Dot NET universal top-level domain name extension was initially launched in 1985, along with the first domain name extensions on the web, it was planned to be used by Internet Service Providers or infrastructure companies. Taking into account that there were no specific stipulations about the usage of the top-level extension, though, .NET domains were taken and used for diverse purposes and by a large number of people. This TLD is a wonderful alternative to .COM, notably if the necessary domain with the latter extension is not available for registration.
